SEXGL rod end bearings: It is a bearing that relies on sliding friction to transfer load. Its core feature is that a single lubrication groove is designed on the inner surface of the bearing shell (bearing bushing), which forms fluid dynamic lubrication through oil film or lubricant to reduce direct contact between the shaft and the bearing.
Low-speed heavy-load adaptability: The load is transmitted through surface contact (shaft and bearing), with high bearing capacity per unit area, suitable for heavy-load equipment such as mining machinery and rolling mills.
Self-alignment capability: The flexible contact between the bearing and the shaft can automatically compensate for slight deflection or assembly error of the shaft system (generally allowable angle deviation ≤0.5°).
Strong lubrication dependence: It relies on oil film to form dynamic pressure lubrication, and lubricants (grease lubrication or oil lubrication) need to be replenished regularly.
